MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION

International Journal of Bioscience Frontiers (IJBF) encourages authors to prepare manuscripts in a clear, professional, and scientifically rigorous format that facilitates effective peer review and enhances the dissemination of research findings. Manuscripts should be written in precise academic English and present original research in a structured, coherent, and scholarly manner.

Authors are advised to ensure that their submissions are carefully organized, thoroughly proofread, and compliant with the journal’s formatting and publication requirements. Well-prepared manuscripts contribute to a more efficient review process and improve the overall quality and impact of published research.

Manuscript Structure

Submitted manuscripts should generally include the following sections:

  • Title – Concise, informative, and reflective of the study.
  • Author Information – Full names, institutional affiliations, and corresponding author details.
  • Abstract – A brief overview of the research objectives, methodology, key findings, and conclusions.
  • Keywords – 4–8 relevant keywords representing the core themes of the study.
  • Introduction – Background, rationale, objectives, and significance of the research.
  • Materials and Methods – Detailed description of research design, procedures, instruments, and analytical techniques.
  • Results – Clear presentation of research findings supported by tables, figures, and statistical analyses where appropriate.
  • Discussion – Interpretation of results, implications, limitations, and comparison with existing literature.
  • Conclusion – Summary of major findings and recommendations for future research.
  • Acknowledgments (if applicable)

Formatting Requirements

To maintain consistency and professionalism, authors are requested to follow these general formatting guidelines:

  • Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.

  • Authors should ensure consistency in spelling, terminology, and formatting throughout the document.

Tables, Figures, and Illustrations

Tables, graphs, photographs, and other visual materials should be of high resolution and publication quality. Each figure and table must be numbered sequentially, properly titled, and referenced within the text. Visual elements should complement the manuscript and contribute to the clear presentation of research findings.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that all sources cited in the manuscript are accurately referenced. References should be complete, consistent, and formatted according to the journal’s prescribed citation style. Proper citation practices are essential to uphold academic integrity and acknowledge previous scholarly contributions.
